Required Experience

From the Network Operations Command Center (NOCC) monitor, manage and maintain a network of deployed Windows and UNIX devices.

Work with Windows/UNIX Engineers to monitor and maintain the deployed devices.

Candidate will diagnose issues identified by server monitoring tools and determine actions required to resolve these issues, work with various third parties (Engineers, System Architects, Infrastructure Vendors, Customers, and Developers) to achieve resolution on service-affecting issues.

Clearly and effectively document information in the Trouble Ticket system for communication to coworkers, other departments, and service providers.

3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience.

Recommend new tools and technologies to support the Data Center.

Previous experience or exposure to tools such as HP OpenView, Tivoli, and/or BMC BPPM Product line, Remedy Application and /or ServiceNow is a plus.
