Description:

The Department of Forensic Sciences (FSL) seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agencys QuickBases rapid development and prototyping framework.  

Job Description:

The Office of Information Technology supports the QuickBase application for various divisions within DFS. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the District of Columbia government. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications.Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapi dApplication Development environment.

Implementation (transition) requirements are capabilities or behaviors required to transition from the enterprises current state to the desired future state.

Responsibilities:

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
• Manages teams of contract Support personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

Required Skills:

• in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment 16  Years
• managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle  16 Years
• Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience  20 Years
• Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and development  16 Years
• Experience solving business and technical problems independently, creating innovative solutions 8  Years
• Experience with the implementation and use of case management systems 5 Years

Highly Desired Skills:

• Experience designing, building and maintaining QuickBase application for agency(s) within the District of Columbia government realm OCTO  5 Years
