Required Skills

3 years Desktop Support Experience with Windows 10 INSTALLATION, Support, Patching, and Troubleshooting
Experience with Office 2016 Installation, Support, Patching and Troubleshooting
Experience with SDLC procedures / system development methodologies
Demonstrated experience providing support on client side and using remote tool
Experience with Windows networking TCP/IP Configuration and troubleshooting
Experience modifying system registry
Experience with support and troubleshooting of Office 2016/2013, IE11, Chrome
Experience rebuilding Outlook Profiles
Experience with Active Directory
Experience building and deploying/setting up client machines
Experience with installation and troubleshooting 3rd party applications on desktops
Experience troubleshooting network printers
